Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing client matters independently across all areas of family law
  • Drafting and settling court documents, correspondence, agreements, and legal advice
  • Representing clients in negotiation, mediation, and court settings
  • Collaborating with our legal, admin, and client services teams to deliver seamless, high-quality outcomes
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of legal changes and compliance requirements
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's Undergraduate Degree of Law (LLB) or equivalent
  • At least 5+ years' post-admission experience in law
  • A current practising certificate and ideally knowledge of family law legislation and procedures
