Christmas Casual Sales Assistant Job Description

The role of a Christmas casual sales assistant is to provide exceptional customer service experiences for our clients during the peak holiday season.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver genuine and personalized interactions with customers to create memorable shopping experiences.

  • Utilize attention to detail to assist with stock replenishment, merchandising, and visual display management.
What You Will Be Doing:
  • Offering tailored and professional service to customers seeking unique gift ideas, at the busiest time of the year.
  • Engage in comprehensive in-house training and eLearning modules to develop product knowledge, sales skills, and a deep understanding of company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in operational tasks including stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, merchandising, and general housekeeping.
