About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Professional to join our team at SummitCare, a leading provider of aged care services in Sydney and Newcastle.

As a Customer Service Professional, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to our residents, their families, and carers. Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality care and support, ensuring that our residents feel valued, respected, and empowered to make informed decisions about their lives.

To succeed in this role, you will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with our residents, staff, and external stakeholders. You will also need to demonstrate a strong commitment to providing person-centered care, with a focus on promoting the independence, dignity, and well-being of our residents.

As a Customer Service Professional, you will have access to ongoing training and development opportunities, enabling you to grow and develop your skills in line with the evolving needs of our organization.

The ideal candidate will possess a Certificate III in Hospitality or Commercial Cookery (or equivalent qualifications) and have experience in providing customer-focused services in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to hold a current National Criminal Record Check and have a demonstrated knowledge and understanding of food safety standards and HACCP guidelines.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, plus superannuation and other benefits.
