- Establish and cultivate relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to inform program deliverables.
- Partner with other departments to develop comprehensive communications strategies to ensure broad awareness and buy-in.
- Lead change management efforts to facilitate project implementation.
- Develop timelines that capture milestones for all projects and track planned effort against actual effort.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on assigned projects.
- Participate in recruiting and training exceptional employees to fulfill positions within the technical department.
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field required, Master's degree preferred.
- PMP or CAPM training/certification required.
- Three to five years managing and/or supporting complex projects, including planning, estimating/budgeting, resource planning, risk assessment, expectation management, scope and issue management with complex business and IT projects.
- Experience with DevOps principles and methodologies, including infrastructure automation, configuration management, CI/CD pipelines.
- Proven experience in system administration, including server management, network configuration, and troubleshooting. Familiarity with cloud platforms a plus.
- K-12 education project management experience preferred.
- Ability to assess appropriate priorities and organize workload on multiple assignments.
- Extensive experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office, including MS365 products.
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Communicate diplomatically, persuasively, effective oral, written, and presentation skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively in a credible and confident manner at all levels in the organization, both orally and in writing.
- Ability to develop, plan, and implement short- and long-range goals, establish priorities, and organize resources.
- Ability to provide creative, solution-oriented support to complex situations.
- Ability to perform Quality Assurance testing on all projects, including reviewing, supporting troubleshooting, and training of developer code. Must be proficient in: MSSQL, TSQL, C#, JavaScript; Typescript; HTML, CSS, SASS, NHibernate; ASP.NET (Webforms, MVC, Razor), jQuery.
- Technical proficiency with industry software and project management software administration.
- Experience managing large-scale projects required.
- Experience leading large-scale product implementations preferred.
