Financial Planning & Analysis Leadership Opportunity

This is a strategic role for a finance leader to drive business performance, influence direction, and embed insights-led decision making.

  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and enhance financial planning capabilities across the organisation.

  • Oversee month-end reporting, forecasting, consolidation, and commentary processes.

  • Partner with senior leaders to inform, challenge, and shape strategic decisions.

  • Communicate complex financial information to drive results-oriented outcomes.

  • Lead budgeting, scenario modelling, business case development, and investment analysis initiatives.

  • Support strategic projects, transformation efforts, and performance improvement initiatives.

  • Drive centralised business casing for capital expenditures and new product developments.

  • Influence process improvements across finance functions.

  • Contribute to systems development and rollout.

Are you a qualified accountant with 8+ years of experience in commercial finance or FP&A? If so, and you possess advanced skills in using FP&A tools beyond Excel, prioritisation, and project management, this role may be an ideal opportunity to take on leadership responsibilities.
