Freelance Optometrist

This part-time opportunity allows you to run your own independent optometry practice in a BOSCOV'S Optical Department location. You will set your own schedule and fees, with the patient records belonging to you. Our staff acts as your ancillary team, assisting with greeting patients, completing patient histories, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and supporting you in any way they can.

Our company has been engaged in the retail optical business since 1967 and is one of the largest eyewear companies in the United States. We offer flexible arrangements and schedules to meet your needs, including a simple three-page agreement with no competitive restrictions.

The ideal candidate will have a state-issued license for optometry and O.D., excellent customer service and organization skills, advanced time management skills, and the ability to diagnose and treat eye-related disorders and conditions.
