The role of Senior Software Engineer is a key opportunity to drive engineering excellence and contribute to the growth of a high-performing team.
This permanent position involves delivering updates to the iOS application product cards, refreshing the product category experience, and enhancing the overall UI of the application.
About The Role- This position requires a seasoned software engineer with at least 5 years' experience in iOS development and frameworks like SwiftUI.
- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working on large-scale projects and heavy-traffic platforms.
- They should be able to drive and enforce software engineering practices, possess excellent analytical and problem resolution skills, and have proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
- Drive an engineering team to develop delivery goals within agreed timelines.
- Facilitate agile scrum practices within the team and offer support to delivery managers in defining timelines and project requirements.
- Ensure the team develops software quality in-line with broader teams' expectations.
- Facilitate and govern peer reviews and testing standards.
- Empower and develop the engineering team's skills.
- Facilitate training, ensure all engineers meet their needs, and gain help to close gaps.
