Area Program Organizer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Area Coordinator.
This role will involve supporting the Area Manager in safely coordinating and delivering key phases of work across the Forward Ship Area of the vessel.
You will be accountable for organizing activities and tasks for specific projects, ensuring production activities are executed safely and efficiently.
About You- Must have demonstrated experience in an engineering, production and/or defence environment.
- Proven ability to manage various trade-related groups and/or contractors.
- Able to balance conflicting priorities to deliver against customer and business requirements.
- Experience with stakeholder management.
- Understanding of Earned Value Management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for a variety of audiences.
- Defence security clearance or eligibility to obtain.
- Has strong problem-solving skills and is able to think critically.
- Is able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Has excellent time management skills.
