Your key areas of responsibility will include:
- Evaluating surfaces to determine the type and amount of work required.
- Making necessary preparations such as scaffolding and covering fixtures.
- Applying paint to various surfaces and completing touch-ups.
- Selecting paints, varnishes, and stains suitable for different surfaces.
- Using Wet Film Thickness Gauges to achieve specified dry film thickness.
- Carrying out minor repairs as needed.
- Working at heights and in confined spaces.
- Erecting scaffolding and ladders.
- Cleaning equipment and work areas.
