Early Learning Educator Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Learning Educator to join our team at Young Minds Academy Cooranbong. As an educator, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing environment that fosters the growth and development of children.

This role involves collaborating with the Educational Leader to deliver a high-quality curriculum guided by the EYLF or MTOP framework. You will also be required to document and support each child's learning journey, interests, and developmental needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing a safe, inclusive, and play-based learning environment
  • Collaborating with the Educational Leader to develop and implement educational programs
  • Supporting children in their learning and developmental journey
  • Communicating effectively with families and colleagues

Qualifications and Skills Required

  • A Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
  • Effective communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
  • A valid Working with Children Check and First Aid Certificate
