About the Role:
">As a skilled Property Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the Investment Management and Development team to drive growth and deliver exceptional financial outcomes. You will utilize your analytical skills to assess opportunities, provide detailed financial analysis, and develop feasibility models for Coles Group Property acquisitions, developments, and divestments.
">Responsibilities:
">- Developing and maintaining complex financial models to evaluate investment opportunities">
- Providing analytical support to the Investment Management and Development team">
- Assessing commercial risks and developing strategies to mitigate them">
- Maintaining tools and research to assist the Coles Property team achieve their goals">
About You:
">We are seeking an experienced Retail Property Valuer or General Property Analyst with a valuation background (ideal) who can bring demonstrated experience in property transactions, property numbers, property valuations, and development feasibilities. You should possess strong analytical skills, proficiency with numbers, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate effectively.
