• Building relationships with local businesses to source job opportunities;
• Placing clients into sustainable employment leading to successful outcomes;
• Ensuring all activity is accurately recorded and documented in line with compliance requirements;
• Delivering exceptional service to our clients, employers, and stakeholders at every stage of the process.

• Previous experience in customer-facing roles or similar environments;
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals who may be facing challenges;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with multiple stakeholders;
• Motivated and results-driven, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes;
• Passionate about making a positive impact in the community;
• Hold a current driver's license.
