Healthcare Professional - Clinical Care

As a skilled and dedicated healthcare professional, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality person-centered clinical care to all residents within this medium-sized care service.

Collaborating closely with your leadership team and other clinical team members, you will ensure each resident feels included in daily decisions regarding their care and lifestyle needs. You will also be responsible for ensuring quality standards are met and maintained while supporting the accurate completion of all relevant documentation.

  • Provide high-quality clinical care to residents
  • Review, update and complete resident documentation accurately
  • Ensure a safe home environment for all residents
  • Support funding assessments and documentation
  • Mentor, train and lead care team members
  • Work varied shifts to suit your lifestyle
  • Permanent full and part-time contracts available with flexibility
  • Excellent hourly rates plus benefits and access to remote area incentives

Key requirements include AHPRA RN registration with Australian aged care experience, understanding of aged care standards and quality indicators, strong verbal and written communication skills and willingness to learn the AN-ACC funding system.
