Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough cleaning tasks throughout the store, including sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub, and buff floors in team rooms, toilets, and offices.
  • Clean shelving, refrigeration rooms, industrial ovens, and drains by dusting, wiping, and scrubbing surfaces.
  • Collect trolleys from in and around the store and store carpark under various weather conditions.
About You and Your Skills:

As a Cleaning and Trolley Collection Team Member, you will be expected to work both indoors and outdoors, with a focus on providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate must possess a keen eye for detail and cleanliness, a strong passion for working safely, and adhere to Coles Safe Work practices. Additionally, you should demonstrate ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and exhibit a solid work ethic.
