Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced change specialist to lead our team of communication and learning specialists. This is a unique opportunity to work at a strategic level and in hands-on delivery, supporting our largest and most important transformation programs in Business & Wealth.

You will lead a team of instructional designers who deliver bespoke learning experiences for our change programs, provide communication advisory and consultation to change programs, and develop key messages for internal and external stakeholders through a multi-channel approach.

Key skills required for this role include:

  • The ability to embrace complexity and deliver a change narrative for a range of strategic programs and initiatives across the Business & Wealth Division.
  • A strong understanding of change management methodologies and communication principles that help people work in new ways.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills including the ability to lead decision making relating to communications sign-off.
