Job Description
This is a unique opportunity to lead a multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality, client-centred care within a vital mental health service.
As the Clinical Lead, you will guide and mentor a team of Support Workers and Peer Workers, fostering their professional development and ensuring the delivery of safe and effective care.
You will conduct assessments, review risk assessments and safety plans, and provide expert guidance on complex cases.
Responsibilities
Leading a multidisciplinary team to achieve high-quality, client-centred care.
Conducting assessments, reviewing risk assessments and safety plans, and providing expert guidance on complex cases.
Mentoring and guiding a team of Support Workers and Peer Workers to ensure professional development and safe, effective care delivery.
Building strong relationships with families, doctors, hospitals, schools, and other referral sources to drive positive outcomes.
Supporting the development and implementation of organisational policies, procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Leading the team in achieving and maintaining compliance with relevant legislation, certifications, and accreditations.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will have a strong clinical background and experience leading teams in person-centred care within the mental health or disability sectors.
You will have demonstrated success in managing complex cases, mentoring multidisciplinary staff, and delivering transformative outcomes through clinical supervision and best practice initiatives.
As a passionate advocate for improving the lives of individuals facing mental health challenges, you will have excellent leadership capabilities, a commitment to innovative practices, and a proven track record of delivering impactful results.
