Key Responsibilities

  1. ">
  2. Transport and supervise family contact visits autonomously.">
  3. Write clear, detailed reports soon after each visit.">
  4. Support care plans with Case Managers.">
  5. Identify and report child protection concerns.">
  6. Manage visits when not in the child's best interest.">

What We're Looking For

">
  • ">
  • A diploma in Community Services (or related field) is preferred but not required.">
  • A valid driver's license, WWCC, First Aid & NDIS clearance are essential.">
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary.">
  • The ability to manage conflict and work with diverse families is crucial.">
  • An understanding of child safety and car restraint laws is required.">
  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts is a must.">
