The Role

We are looking for a senior environment lawyer with a minimum of years PQE gained within a reputable environment and planning practice. The successful candidate will have experience in the conduct of Land and Environment Court proceedings, strong time management and organisational skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong academic achievements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acting for major corporate clients, developers, infrastructure providers, industry, and government on a range of environmental and planning matters;
  • Conducting litigation, providing advice, and undertaking transactional work focused on planning and environmental law issues;
  • Managing multiple projects and conflicting priorities simultaneously;
  • Drafting high-quality documents and communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders;
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
