Job Title: Support Worker Childrens Service

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Support Worker in the Children's Service. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direct care within a residential setting, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for young people with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality care to residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • Collaborate with the support team to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
Requirements:
  1. Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention (Residential Care), or equivalent qualification.
  2. Australian full driver's licence for the state applied for.
  3. Valid Australian working rights.
  4. Willingness to complete a Child Safety and Personal Screening Check.
  5. Working With Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, First Aid, and CPR qualifications.
