Job Overview

This is a high-impact opportunity to support risk initiatives in Group Treasury. You will provide oversight, guidance, and challenge across the Group’s Recovery, Exit and Resolution Planning processes.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders, contribute to regulatory submissions, and help shape the future of risk management through data-driven insights and collaborative execution.

This role requires someone who brings experience in banking or financial services, ideally within Risk, Group Treasury, or Finance with a strong understanding of risk management and the regulations applicable to banks.

  • Exposure to capital, recovery and exit planning, resolution planning, or stress testing processes is highly beneficial.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills are crucial for success, along with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • An analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving is essential for this role.
