Support Worker Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting clients with everyday living tasks, facilitating community inclusion, and promoting person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support clients with personal care, washing, cleaning, laundry, preparing and cooking meals, shopping, and other daily tasks.
  • Facilitate community inclusion and participation based on client needs and preferences.
  • Assist clients with physical and mobility requirements.
  • Demonstrate positive and professional behaviour at all times.
  • Promote and facilitate person-centred care, ensuring the wellbeing and safety of clients.
  • Follow organisational policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Certificate III/IV in disability or equivalent qualification/experience.
  • Right to work in Australia.
  • Current First Aid Certificate/CPR or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's licence and access to an insured vehicle.
  • Empathy, respectful, and integrity.
  • NDIS Courses.

Benefits:

  • $32-36 per hour depending on experience and qualification.
