We are seeking a proactive and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at the Sunshine manufacturing site. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role where you'll oversee the safe, efficient, and accurate movement of raw materials and finished goods across a complex, multi-product warehouse operation.

  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise all warehouse activities, ensuring timely receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials.
  • Identify and mitigate hazards across safety, health, security, and environment.
  • Oversee stock control processes, investigate discrepancies, and implement best practices to maintain real-time inventory accuracy.
  • Oversee the pre-batching of raw materials for the Paint and Powder plants, ensuring production lines are never delayed due to material shortages.
  • Monitor and control warehouse costs to meet site financial targets.
  • Build a High-Performance Culture: Coach, mentor, and develop your team to build a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

You will bring:

  • Prior experience in warehousing and distribution, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong people leadership skills—you know how to motivate, develop, and engage teams.
  • Strong understanding of inventory systems and warehouse best practices.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Experience managing budgets and working with inventory systems.
  • A strong commitment to safety and compliance, with experience in ISO9000/14001 environments.
