Customer Service Representative Opportunity

Our organization is seeking a motivated and customer-focused professional to fill the role of Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address and resolve customer complaints in an efficient and effective manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Identify and escalate issues that require further attention to the appropriate team members.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Provide product and service information to customers, and assist them with placing orders, tracking shipments, and other related tasks.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve customer satisfaction and meet team goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles or similar environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle a high volume of inquiries.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Experience using customer service software is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.

This position is available for part-time or full-time applicants based in Australia.
