Curriculum Lead

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement high-quality educational programs tailored to the needs of Kinder children
  • Collaborate with a dedicated Leadership team to design and deliver engaging lessons
  • Support the growth and development of Educators through coaching and mentorship
  • Contribute to exceeding outcomes for children and Educators
Key Qualifications:
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Proven experience in leading teams within a childcare service
  • Strong communication, time-management, and leadership skills
  • A valid Working with Children Check and current First Aid Certificate
