Job Description

We are seeking a talented Beauty Advisor to join our team.

As a Beauty Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service on the shop floor at all times. Your role will involve taking the time to learn our customers' needs and recommending fantastic products that make them feel so good.

You will uphold the values and vision of our company while ensuring adherence to company procedures & policies.

Offer expert advice to our customers and provide an inspirational insight into our products and philosophy.

Responsibilities
  • Support store management in driving sales and profit within the store through exceptional customer service.
  • Uphold the values and vision of the company.
  • Offer expert advice to customers and provide product knowledge.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Previous retail experience is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a particular focus on building rapport with customers are essential.

Key qualifications include:

  • A team player who is open to receiving daily coaching / feedback from your Store and Assistant Manager.
  • A genuine passion for beauty and the retail industry.
  • Confident in reaching store targets and sales.
  • An active contributor to our joyful collective by being an agile, tenacious and optimistic team member.
