Job Role Overview

The Yard Hand/Vehicle Coordinator is a crucial position within our setup, ensuring vehicles are readily available to customers. This role is based in Sydney and involves coordinating the movement and maintenance of vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all vehicles are cleaned, fuelled and charged.
  • Maintain a neat and tidy carpark by controlling cars onsite at the depot.
  • Coordinate the movement of vehicles to and from specified locations as required.
  • Complete inspection photos for vehicles inbound and outbound.
  • Inspect and review accident repaired vehicles.
  • Organise the depot at the end of each day to ensure vehicles are parked appropriately and securely.
  • Assist stakeholders with vehicle pick-ups including service and accident repairs.
  • Receive and prepare new vehicles by installing telematic devices.

Required Skills And Qualifications

  • Hold a valid full driver's licence.
  • Be comfortable commuting and working out of our Sydney hub.
  • Have intermediate level computer skills.
  • Display a strong can-do attitude and ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Excel in attention to detail.
  • Have mechanical aptitude or a reasonable understanding of motor vehicles (desirable).
