Research Fellow in Quantum Technologies

We are seeking a highly skilled Research Fellow to join our team in Applied Quantum Technologies. This is a research-focused position that will involve developing an independent research program, collaborating on research projects, and publishing in reputable journals.
Key Responsibilities- Research: Develop and implement research projects, collaborate with colleagues, and publish research findings in top-tier journals.
- Supervision and Researcher Development: Supervise Honours and Higher Degree students, provide guidance and support, and ensure their successful completion.
- Citizenship and Service: Develop partnerships, demonstrate leadership, and engage in internal service roles and committees.
- PhD in Quantum Technology, Quantum Physics, Quantum Optics, or Quantum Photonics.
- A growing profile in research in the discipline area.
- A developing reputation and track record of publications in reputable refereed journals and conference presentations.
- Evidence of successfully seeking, obtaining, and managing external research funding.
- A growing record of supervision of Honours and Research Higher Degree students to successful completion.
- Experience in meaningful internal service roles and active contributions to external activities.
