Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales & Market Support professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and developing customer relationships, enhancing the customer experience through efficient service delivery, and supporting strategic decision-making by contributing to market research and analysis activities.

The role involves managing customer enquiries and orders to ensure services are delivered effectively, efficiently, and in a timely manner. Responsibilities include handling general customer enquiries, processing sales orders and invoices, coordinating domestic and international logistics, and providing prompt feedback to both customers and colleagues.

Key aspects of the role include aligning customer needs with operational capabilities through close collaboration with internal stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes. Proactive communication of customer feedback to the Sales and Marketing team is important, as it liaises with internal Credit, Quality, and Finance teams to support business continuity.

The Sales & Market Support Officer will also be responsible for implementing pricing and marketing strategies, supporting the Sales & Marketing team by gathering and analyzing data from various sources including industry reports and competitive intelligence, and assisting in monitoring market dynamics such as competitor activities and technological advancements.

  • Strong computer skills (intermediate or advanced Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Adaptability to new systems and processes
  • Strong research and information gathering skills, including the ability to identify and access relevant data sources
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights
