Job Description

  1. Supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure excellent customer service and maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the hospital.
  2. Conduct audits in various areas and provide training to new staff to promote safe work practices and infection control standards.
  3. Maintain accurate records of labour hours, waste management procedures, and equipment maintenance schedules.
  4. Coordinate daily operational activities and preparation of task lists and work schedules for the cleaning team.
  5. Promote a positive work culture by motivating, supporting, and training the team.

Requirements

  1. Previous supervisory experience within the healthcare or hospitality industry.
  2. Knowledge of National Safety and Quality Health Service (NSQHS) Standards & Work Health and Safety, Infection Prevention and Control standards, Waste management.
  3. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
