Team Global Express is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to join our team at our Braeside depot. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating and loading our general freight for interstate and regional customers and clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to load and unload freight.
  • Ensure accurate and timely loading and unloading of freight to meet customer requirements.
  • Conduct regular checks on load restraint, packaging, and freight condition to prevent damage.
  • Report any damages or issues to freight or forklifts to your supervisor immediately.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Palletised freight experience is preferred.
  • A valid Forklift License is essential.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of WHS and Safety Regulations is essential.
