Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Social Worker to join our team in providing high-quality social work services and culturally sensitive care to vulnerable populations.
The successful candidate will work across various settings, including acute, sub-acute, community, rehabilitee, domestic family and sexual violence, and palliative care.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver appropriate social work services and culturally sensitive care.
- Advocate for patients and collaborate with multidisciplinary team members.
- Manage a caseload within a dynamic and evolving work environment.
- Australian tertiary qualification which gives eligibility for membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers.
- Post-graduate experience in providing contemporary high-level clinical social work services.
- Proven ability to manage a high-volume workload efficiently and effectively.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal culture, family, and community structures.
- Ability to communicate and work in a culturally safe manner.
