Job Title: Cook

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Cook to join our team.

The Cook is responsible for preparing fresh and delicious food, problem solving and contributing expertise on vibrant Mexican flavours. This role offers the opportunity to utilize fresh ingredients to produce high standard products for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes using fresh ingredients.
  • Problem solve and contribute expertise on vibrant Mexican flavours.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • Previous kitchen experience is highly regarded but not essential.
  • Able to work between 5.00 am to 11.00pm.
  • 'Can do' attitude and ability to be relied upon.
