Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced educator to lead a team of dedicated professionals in delivering exceptional educational programs that shape children's lives during their crucial developmental years.

About the Role:

This key leadership position involves taking charge of your own room, collaborating with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve teaching practices.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Ensure safety and inclusivity in every learning experience, tailored to meet the needs of all children.
  • Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team to develop and implement educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.

Requirements:
