Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance trainer to join our team. As a trainer, you will be responsible for delivering face-to-face training sessions within a classroom environment, supporting students through their pathway, and marking their assignments. Your core focus will be on creating an engaging and dynamic learning experience that prepares students for real-world challenges.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with students from various professional and cultural backgrounds, ranging from school graduates to mature-aged individuals. Your guidance and support will be crucial in helping them achieve their academic goals.

Key Requirements
  • Qualifications and significant work experience in Allied Health or a related field
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or willingness to upskill/gain this qualification
  • Passion for training and motivating others
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Ability to deliver engaging virtual training via Zoom
