We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist/Bioinformatician to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with complex biomedical data and contributing to cutting-edge research projects.

The successful candidate will have expertise in designing experiments, building algorithms, and applying computational tools to transform clinical and experimental datasets into meaningful insights.

  • Design and implement bioinformatics pipelines on Linux, HPC, and cloud-based computing platforms.
  • Conduct data manipulation and exploratory data analysis using R or Python.
  • Interpret results from differential gene expression analysis, single-cell transcriptomics, and proteomics.
  • Collaborate with researchers to address biomedical questions using multi-omic datasets.
  • Formulate impactful research questions and carry projects through to high-quality completion and reporting.
Requirements

We require the following skills and qualifications:

  • MSc and/or PhD in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working in a professional research capacity with a strong focus on biomedical data analysis.
