Job Description

The role of a Maintenance Technician at our organization involves the upkeep of facilities and surrounding properties. This position requires general knowledge of plumbing, groundskeeping, carpentry, painting, janitorial, and electrical skills.

As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for completing tasks from a list developed by the Maintenance Supervisor. Your duties will include evaluating the building regularly and submitting any needed repairs or upkeep.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you can utilize your skills to make a real impact.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
  • Four years of experience working in the Maintenance field
  • A clean driving record
  • Must have mechanical/HVAC repair & maintenance experience
