Our dynamic fitness and lifestyle team is seeking a consultant to join their squad.

This role requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as exceptional attention to detail. You will need to be able to exercise prescription, personal training, and hands-on approach while planning, developing, and implementing fitness promotion programs that drive results.

**Your Key Responsibilities Will Be To:**

- Deliver Exceptional Customer Service While Supervising the Fitness Floor
- Exercise Prescription for Optimal Member Results
- Personal Training Sessions That Meet Individual Needs
- Hands-On Approach to Fitness Promotion Programs
- Planning, Development, and Implementation of Effective Fitness Strategies
- Ensuring Equipment Is Clean, Safe, and Well Maintained Throughout the Facility
- Supervision of the Fitness Facility Floor With High Standards of Quality
- Providing Instruction to Members on the Correct Technique and Use of Equipment
- Ability to Design and Instruct Group Exercise Classes That Cater to Different Interests
- Explaining the Benefits of Membership and Converting This to Sales Opportunities
- Membership Administration and Sales Strategies
