Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Neurological Physiotherapist Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing expert physiotherapy services to clients with neurological conditions, as well as supervising and mentoring a small team of physiotherapists.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive neurological assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients with neurological conditions.
  • Provide expert physiotherapy services, including hydrotherapy sessions, to clients with various neurological conditions.
  • Supervise and mentor a small team of physiotherapists, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Develop and implement processes to maintain exceptional physiotherapy standards within the organization.
Requirements
  • Bachelor or Master of Physiotherapy degree.
  • AHPRA registration and professional indemnity insurance.
  • Valid Australian working rights and driver's license.
  • Experience working with neurological conditions and a strong understanding of evidence-based interventions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
