About the Role:

Making Lives Better and Enabling Fulfilling Ageing are central to our mission — enabling members of our ageing and disabled community to live a life filled with purpose at home for as long as possible, doing what they love to do.

We offer around-the-clock care, allowing visits to be scheduled throughout the day to meet client needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide premium care to clients that is genuine, compassionate and tailored to their needs.
  • Assist clients with daily living activities including personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transport and companionship.
  • Deliver care according to the client's personalized care plan developed by our Care Designer (Registered Nurse).
  • Meet client safety needs and safely use equipment.
  • Accurately complete records and documentation.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Cert III in Aged Care, Community or Individual Support or extensive industry experience.
  • National Police Check (Aged Care/Vulnerable Persons Sector) required.
  • Working With Children Check necessary.
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module completion required.
  • NDIS Clearance required.
Work Requirements:
  • Able to communicate effectively in English; other languages an asset.
  • Identify and report client care concerns to Care Designers when needed.
  • Reliable means of transportation to and from client homes.
