Full Stack AI Engineering Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Full Stack AI Engineer to join our team. As a key member, you will play a critical role in shaping the technical direction of our platform.

As a seasoned engineer, your expertise in AI engineering will be instrumental in building features that drive innovation and growth. You will influence architectural decisions, drive adoption of AI across the product suite, and mentor engineers to raise the overall technical bar.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop full-stack applications using modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue) and strong back-end languages (Node.js, Python, or Java).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical strategies that align with business and product goals.
  • Develop and deploy Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of operating as a Staff Engineer or in a similar leadership position, driving high-impact technical initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience building and deploying applications that leverage LLMs, including proficiency with LangChain and familiarity with emerging standards like the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
  • Advanced system design skills, including designing and architecting complex, distributed systems.
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and modern DevOps practices, including CI/CD, containerization, and infrastructure-as-code.
