Your Impact

You will play a crucial role in driving a great experience for our people. As a key member of the People & Culture Senior Leadership Team, you will provide strategic advice and thought leadership in the development and shaping of nib's people strategy and agenda, focusing on providing excellent customer-centric service and solutions by partnering with clients across the organisation.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute an innovative employee experience strategy, including managing the ongoing hybrid work transformation, employee listening strategy, and employee events, to ensure employees feel connected, empowered, well-informed, and have great experiences at work.
  • Oversee the transformation of the Group Learning and Organisational Development function, ensuring the execution of best practice Leadership and Employee Development programs and initiatives.
  • Lead employee communications activities, including internal communication strategies, advice, and support, crisis communications, executive communications, change management, and platform management.
About You

We are looking for someone with a background in complex matrixed People & Culture environments, passionate about people leadership, delivering organisational change, and advocating for exceptional employee experiences. You will have:

  • A relevant degree qualification in Communications, Human Resource Management, or a related discipline and equivalent industry experience.
  • A solid understanding of internal communications, employee experience, and learning and development practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and work as part of a team and provide exceptional levels of customer service to the business.
  • Strong commercial acumen, high analytical capability, and capacity to consult within a dynamic environment of a fast-moving and diverse business.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Self-motivated, solutions-focused, optimistic, pragmatic, and resilient.
