Our Team

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Casual Educator to join our team, who will work collaboratively with our experienced educators to deliver high-quality early childhood education.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our children
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of centre policies and procedures
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching practices and stay up-to-date with industry standards
  • Assist with daily centre operations, including setup and cleanup of activities and resources

Requirements

  • Hold or be working towards an ACECQA-approved qualification in Early Childhood Education
  • Current Working with Children Check and Child Protection Certificate
  • Ability to attend last-minute shifts and have reliable transportation
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
