Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing direct care to residents, recognizing their individual needs, and treating each senior with respect and dignity.

Your responsibilities will include assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care needs. You will also help residents with household chores, engage them in meaningful conversations, and provide attentive care.

To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work independently. Based on state regulation, completion of training/certification may be required.
