Job Title: Disability Employment Coach

Sarina Russo Group, a leader in education, training, and employment, is seeking an experienced and passionate Disability Employment Coach to deliver Disability Employment Services (DES) to our participants.

This is a full-time or part-time role working from our Springvale office, with occasional requirements to assist in other locations. As a Disability Employment Coach, you will coach and facilitate the program to create real opportunities, assist in the development of job-ready skills, build confidence, engage with technology, and become more competitive in the local labor market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Previous experience in coaching or facilitating (Disability)
  • Networking with potential employers and building relationships
  • Confidently promoting the DES program to employment services providers
  • Proficient with technology
Requirements:
  • Dynamic coach with the ability to engage and motivate all learner types at all levels
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to promote our clients to potential employers
  • Ability to adapt to the moving requirements of the participant
  • Ability to follow policies and procedures
  • The ability to work unsupervised, complemented by strong time management skills
  • Professional presentation
  • Vietnamese speaking applicants highly regarded
