Job Description

We are seeking compassionate and reliable Personal Care Workers to join our friendly team. This is a wonderful opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of older Australians.

  • Positions available: Permanent Part-Time & Casual
  • Shifts: Afternoon and night shifts are especially desirable.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide hands-on personal care including hygiene, mobility, and daily living support.

  • Assist with meals, social engagement, and emotional wellbeing.
  • Follow care plans and work closely with healthcare professionals.
  • Observe and report changes in residents' health and behaviour.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) - minimum requirement. Previous experience in Aged Care is preferred.

  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-focused attitude.
  • Physical ability to meet the role's demands.
