We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Operations Director to lead our NDIS team in Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, ensuring quality levels and technical audits comply with NDIS scheme requirements, and managing the financial performance of the unit.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including life insurance, salary continuance insurance, and a generous parental leave policy.



Job Description

  • Lead and develop the NDIS Operations activities in Australia, ensuring operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage and maintain audit data in the system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with NDIS scheme requirements.
  • Develop and implement quality management systems, ensuring compliance with NDIS scheme requirements and DNV policies.
  • Manage the process of competence qualification for all roles and auditor qualification as per accreditation requirements.
  • Implement effective customer complaint management, reporting, and improvement actions.
  • Implement appeal management and impartial review processes.
  • Provide ad hoc reporting and other related activities.


Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:



  • A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in NDIS, preferably in another Notified Body.
  • Proven experience in financial performance management.
  • NDIS Qualified Lead Auditor certification.
  • In-depth knowledge of Certification Processes and Accreditation requirements.
  • Ability to use analytical data to monitor and drive operational performance.
  • Solution-oriented mindset with a keen interest in proposing and driving change when required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good command of the English Language.
