DFI Operator

UGL Defence is seeking a skilled professional to join our Operations and Maintenance team in Darwin, NT. As a DFI Operator, you will play a critical role in the safe and compliant operation and management of aviation and/or ground fuel installations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a small team of operators, managing quality, compliance, quantity, and availability of fuel and related systems and processes.
- Ensure the technical integrity of the fuel, including management of quality control sampling and testing.
- Perform various operational and functional roles around the installation, including reporting to the Operations Agent.
- Previous experience working in bulk fuel management or defence fuels is essential.
- Defence specific training will be advantageous, but training will be provided to the successful applicant where required.
- Valid Drivers Licence (HR or HC will be highly regarded).
- Safety is at the forefront of everything you do.
- Currently hold, or ability to obtain, appropriate Defence Security Clearance.
- Live locally, or willing to relocate to the Darwin region.
