Job Title: Project Officer

Your opportunity is to support strategic policy, research, evaluation and reporting initiatives that contribute to the delivery of our organisation's objectives.

  • Support coordination of corporate governance, policy and strategy development and advice and research functions within our organisation.
  • Support our organisation's compliance with core corporate governance responsibilities such as strategic planning, annual reporting, estimates preparations and ministerial briefings.
  • Support continuous improvement in our organisation's operations by providing input to strategic policy advice and research priorities.
  • Coordinate multiple priorities with a strong ability to meet deadlines and demonstrate good written communication and analytical skills.
  • Build strong relationships and work collaboratively with external stakeholders, such as representatives of government departments.
  • Support opportunities to enhance our organisation's strategic operating framework in delivering its responsibilities.

While there are no mandatory qualifications for this role, knowledge of electoral regulatory practices and a sound understanding of interpretation of legislation is highly desirable.

Upholds integrity through responsible management and use of processes and resources.
