We are seeking an experienced Staff Wellbeing Consultant to join our team and lead the implementation of key staff wellbeing initiatives within the Metropolitan South Region.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs the Regional Wellbeing Consultant, you will:
- Lead the coordination, promotion, and implementation of health and wellbeing initiatives in the region.
- Provide expert advice on staff wellbeing planning, initiatives, and supporting resources to schools and regional teams.
- Liaise and collaborate with stakeholders to establish networks and implement health and wellbeing initiatives throughout the region.
- Deliver engaging wellbeing presentations, workshops, and training on staff wellbeing as required.
We are looking for a suitable and experienced staff wellbeing professional who can demonstrate:
- Experience in workplace consulting or similar.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Experience working with school-based, regional, corporate, or similar clients in promoting health and wellbeing.
- Experience in development and delivery of engaging staff wellbeing presentations and workshops.
