Key Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled nurse to deliver high-quality care to older Australians in their homes.

This is a permanent part-time role, working 3 days a week, with flexible hours between 8am and 4pm. You will work independently providing clinical care including health education and promotion, wellness programs, telehealth services, and direct care services.

Your role will make a tangible impact on the lives of our clients requiring a strong understanding of primary health care and consumer-directed care frameworks as well as experience in community, acute, or aged care.

Requirements:

  • A Division One RN with AHPRA
  • Current Police Check
  • CPR certification
  • Blue Card
  • Driver's Licence
